Returns Service
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return an item, we offer a simple returns service via our returns portal.
How to Return an Item
- Visit our returns portal at beautifullydesigns.com.
- Enter your order number and email address to begin.
- Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return and print your returns label and returns note.
Once you have your returns label, simply attach it to your parcel, include the returns note inside, and drop your parcel off at any designated drop-off location.
Important Information
- You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks, unless they are faulty.
- Returns are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via the returns portal. We will gladly cover the cost of return postage and will expedite a replacement or refund for you.
